2. What are the advantages of online training?
Extensive interactivity and realistic scenarios and images engage students and increase learning and retention. Automation of many training administration functions means increased efficiency. And cost savings can be great when travel, lost work time, and other costs associated with classroom training are reduced or eliminated.
3. Why are online courses effective?
Our online courses are developed by experienced Instructional Designers using proven adult learning models. They meet the needs of learners with a variety of educational and life experiences by allowing learners to proceed at their own pace, review information as desired, access supplemental information to meet their interests and needs, and obtain training anytime, anyplace.
